Who for?
 
Our Hooping Activities are suitable for adults & children ( aged 5-years or older). Men,women, boys & girls can all hulahoop.
 
DSHoops activities range from after-school clubs, adult classes, team-building & family events to adult education programmes...
 
 
 
If it is your fitness level that you are unsure of: please do not worry. Participants for these sessions come from all walks of life & with different abilities & fitness levels. If you use a larger hoop, you can take it easier & that will help you to get started even if you've not been very active.
 
In case you really want to get a knackering workout & you are already very active you will benefit from using a smaller hoop that will keep you challenged to improve further & achieve your goals.
